 Today's Narrative

Today we traveled from West Palm Beach, FL to Aiken County, SC

It's been a nice trip, but it feels good to be headed home.

The first part of today's driving is easy as it's just straight up I95. Set the 'cruise on 80 and watch the scenery :)

But once we get into SC, we gotta go two lane roads and it gets harder. But we made it!

Sunsets are so boring! So here's a moonset. Taken at about 6:45am from I95. I love old time watertowers like this one. Nice star on top. Wonder how much they pay someone to put it up and take it down. Check the ladders carefully :)

The Navigator postulates they may leave it up year round.

 Thought For The Day

Grandma use to set her hot baked apple pies on the window sill to cool.

Her Granddaughters set theirs on the window sill to thaw.

 Joke Of The Day

While attending a Marriage Seminar dealing with communication, Tom and his wife Grace listened to the instructor say, "It is essential that husbands and wives know the things that are important to each other."

He addressed the men, "For example, can you name your wife's favorite flower?"

Tom leaned over, touched his wife's arm gently and whispered, "It's Pillsbury, isn't it?

The rest of the story gets rather ugly so I'll stop right here.
